In Our Town of Halloween

We had a whirlwind Halloween.  Doesn't it seem like holidays are so busy now that we're grown-ups?  I'm trying to figure out how to keep that fun holiday spirit now that I have kid's school parades, multiple parties, and trick or treating all in a 12 hour time frame.  Ideas?  Feel free...
So here's a few highlights of our day.  C was Obi Wan Kanobi--even though he looks like the spitting image of Luke, and the girls were mimes, who then moonlight as fairies.  Sometime two year olds don't like their face paint.  Just sayin...
